This is the worst travel agent l have ever seen in my life! I purchased 5 tickets to Sepa Island. I came on the day of the tour, and the travel agent ( Chyta Anisa ) told me that the boat will not go directly to the island and will last for 2 hours because there are no tourists except us; as if it is my fault! ( the trip is actually 90 minutes ). Then she said that the boat might be late due to the weather, and she promised that she will pay back if the boat is late about half an hour. The boat came at 8:15 and departed at 8:30. On our way, the boat stopped about 10 times to drop of the people to different Islands! The trip was too long; we arrived at 11:00! I texted her and complained that she lied to me! The trip lasted for 2 hours and a half, and my family and I felt sick! She misleaded me that the boat will stop once! The island is filthy; you can see cups, bottles .. etc. everywhere. Moreover, in the contrart, she promised a buffet, but it was dishes prepared previously ( the main course was one fried dish for five people and it is cold! ) What is funny, as a compliment, the served us an istant orange that we couldn’t drink it! We paid around 70 dollar/ each to be on the island at 9:30 and depart at 2 o’clock! The agent got the money in full and we got the worst day ever! What a waste of money and time !
