I see a potential for this island as a resort destination for a small group of people, but unfortunately it is poorly developed. Publications for this place is also not that big. Pulau Empat is a small Island that is good for scuba diving and relaxing. The place is very quiet and peaceful since no one lives there, the villagers heads home on the night. It goes lively during the holidays. Some Mangroves are planted here, sadly some did not survive the harsh environments. An oil spill with an addition of industrial waste affected the ocean waters near the island, killing some of its fragile environment.
