The service was pretty friendly, unfortunately though it did not make up for the quality of the bike we were given. It chewed through petrol like a semitrailer, 3litres in 20kms. Super uncomfortable to sit on compared to any bike we’ve had before, and randomly turned off twice while driving. Tyres we’re thin and could feel every road bump. Paid 320k rupiah for 4 days, which is an OK price, but took the bike back on day two and received no refund, so do keep this in mind when hiring from here.
