bought tickets from loket for the dwp concert paid for shipping. it was supposed to be shipped two to three weeks before the event date so then when I contacted them a week before the event my tickets still weren't shipped said they would refund me my money for shipping service which they charged me 20usd each x 3 tickets. Of which till date I have not received! Even after emailing them countless times they've requested my bank acc etc but still no refund?
