We are a small company based in UK. We did business with CV Berakah Agro Samesta Between Sep 2018 -october 2019 We did 5 containers in total and this is how it turned out. Container #1 cracked charcoal Container #2 as we asked for Container #3 as we asked for Container #4 changed to white ash without our permission. Container #5 black ash,changed without our permission. NO REFUND GIVEN ! Keep this in mind before you do business with Adam who is tho owner of the factory. If he gets bad material then he will make excuses and blame local mafia. YOU will pay regardless of his mistakes or his QC mistakes for not checking the material. We made a big mistake doing business with him and regret ever meeting the guy through another contact. We lost near 50,000 When we complained we were abused and blocked on WhatsApp! His best friend is a lawyer! Keep this in mind if you make a contract or not it will cost you between 8,000-20,000 to take a company to court in indonasia and 1year waiting period. Adam is a scam artist who knows the law. We lost out but do yourself a favour and find a company were more the 1 director is running the company.This way you have a better chance of getting quality charcoal. The person above who gave a bad review is correct in what he had said. the other person who gave him 5 star review is his wife ! I know because I met her in person ! Either way you have been warned !!

Adam Raditya the managing director a fraudster. He will show you good quality for samples then send you a container worth of low quality charcoal. If your from overseas thinking of buying a container worth of Charcoal then please dont bother. He has 3 feed backs which are locals and are probably his friends! Where are the feed backs from the overseas buyers?? If you want very low quality charcoal mixed with wood and other material which would make you cough then feel free to pay him no more then 600 per ton including packaging. Updated 23/7/2020 This is a area where customers type a review and basically others decide if they should use a service provided by a company or not. Its not common for a company to start writing about law,contracts,sueing over a bad review given but im happy you have shown your true colours in your reply and im sure ive got your blood boiling. And i would like to say a big thank you to Mr Adam Raditya. After leaving his company and moving to a bigger more established company ive managed to gain more customers in the pass 18 months as the quality is better,cheaper and is more consistant and hassle free.
