Hard to find, since there are no signs and it's inside a resort that has a different name. Prices annoyingly quoted in , which is neither my nor their currency. Has that Balinese traditional music that can drive anyone mad. No view. After all this, breakfast must be amazing since they still dare to charge 13 for it. We had it elsewhere though. At least their location is not noisy if you discount the music.
This great little family run restaurant has excellent local food, prepared with care and good vibes. The prices are extremely good and the quiet location is a nice break.
Terrible food experience. We ordered ribs and duck both were dry and mostly bone. On the positive the wine was good value and the service was amazing. Wouldn't return however.
Walked down to this restaurant from our villa. It is situated in a resort hotel, but you can see the restaurant from the road so easy to find. We chose here as my partner was recovering from gastroenteritis & wanted options of something he could eat that was mild with no spices. Restaurant was in a lovely setting, and staff very nice. We ordered the crispy duck for me and made an odd request of plain pasta with tomato sauce on the side for my parter. They were very accommodating. Duck was delicious. Maybe not the best I had in Bali, but good nonetheless and the sticky sauce on it was amazing. You might be disappointed if you were expecting something like duck confit, as it's balinese style so very crispy. It also came with some skewers (maybe chicken) which was the best thing on the plate. All this came with a nice side of veg and rice. It was a shame I was too full & my partner could not eat much as the dessert menu looked good. For 2 mains and 2 drinks it was 410k idr (including water, bread, service and tax). Overall if you are passing by and wanted something more upmarket, I would recommend coming to this place. There are other cheaper restaurants nearby with good vibes if you are on a tight budget.

Abangan restaurant is Located northern part from Ubud palace,it's around 12 minutes drive. I visited this place during my business trip in an Ubud area and this exact location is really my first time to come and enjoy. I know some restaurants in an ubud area but trying restaurant food dinning inside at the resort is done at this place. Abangan restaurant, that is the name of this restaurant. It is inside the Puri Sunia Resort. I came together with my co-fella to enjoy ubud vibe, nearly perfect as rhythm of the rain accompany us during my visit. The soaring trees with its green leaf next to the 2nd floor restaurant made everything looked so beautiful. The ambience of the restaurant is so tranquil, good for those who want to enjoy the food with no so much noise. The lady server was friendly too but i forget her name, she really paid attention for what i ask and order,even one of the upper level employee was so friendly, i guest he is the manager. This restaurant set a natural living paddy in glass as a decoration of the table dine. It really helpful to seduce my mood to get to know the food menu and its taste. It was all a la carte basis, with a common price range compare to other restaurant in Ubud area, even affordable. It's affordable as the portion is big enough. I ordered the the cesar salad,while my partner order the seafood platter. To be honest, the food was excellent, i love the salad as the waiter give me an extra dressing per my order. The bacon topping on its salad was so crispy but i did not enjoy the crouton as i did want it in . For the sea food platter, it was a very big portion for my fella, even for me i think so. I took one of those seafood satay , love the sauce taste, It's marinated i guest. For two persons complete with its drinking water and lemon tea it costs around 250K. It is highly recommended for those who want to enjoy different vibe in an Ubud area.
