Claim itself a pet friendly apartment but they don’t allow your pets to stay on the ground even on the park. Dogs must always be carried on everywhere except your own unit.

Why-U ?

Results are far far below what was promised. Loudly promote Japanese designed and built but the final quality given to buyers are much lower than even a bad local developer standards. Started out as a nice supposedly Japanese designed building from a supposedly good Japanese developer but we found so many defects in the unit apt. Either the Japanese team that are here are defects or the company work with a very lousy local contractor and management team. Either way the result has brought down the Japanese company business ethics below local unethical standards that will definitely tarnish its reputation as well as the true quality of Japan made.

They will show you a good quality show unit but the actual is far below and poor quality. In the show unit, the marble is a good quality of imported with price around 2 million rupiah per square meter but the actual, they use a low local ujung pandang quality at the price of only 200 thousand only. They cheated their customer big time !

Nice building with fake plants inside, the lobby smells like plastic and the air filled with chemical smell from the renovation. Watery eyes. Not cool. Friendly staff prepped with good marketing skill
