I was just passing by and saw this small yet beautiful waterfall on the side of the road. It's a must see tourist spot if you got spare time. There's a place to sit, lots of snack stalls, and small gift shops. I don't remember if it's prohibited or not but there's people swimming. Not wheelchair accessible tho and be careful of the pathway, it's a little slippery especially if there's people swimming. Tickets fee's cheap, Rp 3000 for children and Rp 5000 for adult.

Cool waterfall!! As you can see this waterfall clearly on the left side, while you are driving.. One regretion of this place, it's not professionally handled by the government. Otherwise, it would be much much better..

Quite small waterfall, very easy to spot as it is located just near the highway. 10-15 mins to stop and take photos here are recommended.

This beautiful waterfall located right by the side of the main street. It was only about 60 until 90 minutes drive from Padang on the way to Bukittinggi. Caution: monkeys around the waterfall. Friendly but better not to disturb them.

This waterfall is located on the to Bukittinggi from Padang, just right at its road side; easly can be seen from the main road. Tourist can easily reach the waterfall after parking their vehicles; they're just climb up a small stair and walk in the path through the waterfall. At the specific moment and season, the main road can not be passed by vehicles because the water is overflowing through the road. So, the people who want to go to Bukittinggi must turn around and change their route. It's a bit quiet during weekdays, but local people said it's full of local tourist come by and see the waterfall. There's a stall selling local durians, near the waterfall (after paying the entry ticket) and people can eat durian here, or have durians and sticky rice with grated coconut as its topping. The other stalls and public toilets provided at the side road outside the waterfall area. The entry ticket is quite cheap, only Rp. 5000 per person. This place open probably from morning until afternoon (sorry I can't mention the time). Tourists must be very carefull at the side road, and not recommended to cross the street due to fast vehicles moving on the road.
