As any other visit to phone operators customer service, come here before 8 am to get early queue. I came here twice, once at 7:30 in the morning and the second at 11:00. The first one is okey, waited for about 3-4 minutes only. For the second visit have to wait for around 20 people. There was no enough patience. And after one person, I chose to go home and throw away my Telkomsel card
