Booked and paid With app. My account money taken. No confirmation booking ref doesn't Work In App or Website. I go to office and lady offers me 10% refund... After I show proof of no flight on app and website.... I insist on management. They change to no refund at all. This girl or company seem to be stealing customers money I am so shocked Indonesia can allow this behaviour all I wanted was my money. It really looks bad for you. Anyway I would read more reviews before you take a risk with a dishonest company

Terrible airline. I had a website problem with this airline. So I paid double fees. The airplane's staff promised to refund it. But a few months later, they didn't do it. Afterward, I went to Indonesia and I asked them. But they said 'We can't refund. It was expired already.' They break their promise easily for their benefit. Don't trust them.
I came here the day before my flight time to complain my ticket which is cannot check in online. They didn't give me direct solution but only tell me that they will check in me on the system and send the confirmation via WA. But until now I still don't receive the confirmation. Their desk in Costumer service is small than other airplane. Not a good experience with Sriwijaya.
