We use technology to optimize our supply chain and allow brands to interact with their customers. Our refill tricycles go around low-income neighborhoods, helping our customers purchase refills of consumer products such as oil, homecare products, and coffee in their own containers. Through elimination of packaging costs, and taking out the middlemen, we reduce costs for our highly price-sensitive customers while providing fine-grained data and a sustainable model for FMCGs. As such, we are a new model of Warung: Mobile, sustainable, and tech-driven. With over 2.5 million Warungs, this is a huge market that is ready to be disrupted. We tested our MVP in Bandung with very high demand, and have strategic partnerships with a major FMCG, GoPay, and the Environmental Department of Bandung and Jakarta in the pipeline. We aim to be the next, sustainable generation of retail.
