The founders of this law firm are a group of law graduates from reputable universities in both Indonesia and the Netherlands. The firm focuses on investment law, corporate matters, export-import, immigration law (including all expatriate matters), labour law and intellectual property matters. In addition, the firm also provides legal services in general, such as in civil cases, criminal cases or land affairs. The firm holds a motto, “Connecting People to the Law,” as our commitment to help the clients in growing their business in accordance with the applicable law in Indonesia. We summarise our values into “CONNECT”, which stand for Consistent, Openness, Nerve, Navigating, Efficient, Committed and Trusted. These values will be our guidelines for handling the client’s matters. The name “Rijnkade” comes from the Dutch word meaning, “rhine quay”. It is used to remind the two founders of the firm, Mr Ali Abdillah and Mr Ali Salmande, to the place where they lived – which addressed at Rinjkade street – while pursuing their master of law in Leiden, The Netherlands.
