Just Amazing !! Wonderful staff, reasonable package and humble owner. Me and my husband really loved it. First time did rafting, definitely requires lot of stamina not just for rafting but to climb over 300 stairs up and down to the river from the main road for every company. Definitely recommended for 1st timers.. Must do

You get what you pay for. I bought this experience in one of those information booths that are so common in Ubud . Advertised 2 Hr rafting experience and a lunch. The price for two came very cheap and I had to check reviews on internet just to see that this is reputable safe company. It was so I happily went along. Got picked up at 9am and dropped off to their office where we were fitted. Customer service was pretty much non existent. Very little english spoken and I had to ask for any information. After drop off to the river, be prepared to go down a lot of steps; the one person operating everything tried to start a diesel generator to star pumping the air. Took a while. Looked extremely amateurish I have to say. After few attempts he got it going although it died on him once. We got a 5 minute safety talk, commands for go, back, left, right and how to squat for any drops (There aren't any drops, it's quite a safe, timid river). It was fun, beautiful scenery, very safe as the river was not unpredictable in any way. I enjoyed the experience, it's actually a great river for a beginner. After one hour and 7 kms we got to the end, it looked like other companies on the river had much longer experience then 1hr of rafting. It felt like the guy was rushing is all the time paddling hard to overtake over boats. Quick lunch and we were dropped off to hotel room in no time. I did not like the driver they used, in a hurry and felt unsafe on the road with the car with no belts fitted. I used lots of drivers in Bali and he was the most aggressive and unsafe. Don't expect fireworks. I got exactly what I paid for and certainly am not disappointed. But please do your research and be aware of the type of experience this might be for you.
Very lucky for somehow stumbled into this ayung river rafting operator, all you require to have this rafting experience to become memorable, they will deliver it to you, with smile on their face. Friendly, a lot more cheaper than other operator, longer and farther rafting as they have the highest starting point. We had almost 2 hours rafting time plus total of almost 3 and half hours for the whole experience from the beginning to the end. Thank you Mr. Ketut and our friendly, enthusiastic, and always have something to cheer us up, Mr Lemoh for unforgettable experience, definitely will recommend you guy. Keep up the good work.
We had a lot of fun during our rafting trip. The view is amazing and the rafting was exciting. Me and my girlfriend were on a private boat together, which was nice. Special thanks to our guide Jasih, we had a lot of run!
They offered private boat just for you and your belove one , no other company could do so for no extra charge, you could more enjoy the scenery and the food paid experience of the white water ,so what are you waiting for
Great guide (Sura) me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time. They take you way up the river where there are no other tourists. The first hour you're the only boat in the jungle and then you enter "Disneyland" massive amount of other boats and companies. All companies offer 2 1/2 hours rafting. RAR (Rejeki Ayung Rafting) just ends sooner up the river since it begins higher up stream and offers more rapids and actual whitewater. 100% recommended.
