The product is very complete, often discounted, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The parking area is very large and the parking attendants are very helpful. The after sales service (including delivery and installation) is also very good. Very concerned about customer time and needs. Occasionally the shop creates special decorations, costumes and scenes, such as Halloween, Christmas, etc. Very interesting for children. I really appreciate the management! What a great job!

We will no longer shop at QHomeMart. Staff just stand around and talk. So many staff, such poor service. Bought 2 ceiling fans. One had a broken remote. At the Gudang I asked to swap. They wouldn't. I had already paid at a different location. Would not swap or ask for a replacement remote with the manufacturer. They said I had to take those 2. If I want to claim on the warranty I have to do it back with the sales .. they have not been installed yet and they packed them up and got confused as to which one was broken. WHAT IS THE POINT OF TESTING THEM IF YOU ARE FORCED TO TAKE A FAULTY PRODUCT!!! Wanted to buy a TOTO toilet. Stock ya habis/booking semua. I asked if they could get me the one I wanted inden/preorder. They said no. I could only buy what was on the showroom floor. Sorry... But I don't want a pink blue toilet!!! And a new story. Icing on the cake really. Wanted to by some Marco tiles. Said I had to preorder. They can not guarantee when they will arrive... If if they will arrive! Wasted 30mins of my day walking around asking who had sent me a WA. On top of that.. If the tiles don't arrive, I don't get my deposit back. I have to buy something else. So... I am expected to put my building project on hold and just wait... Why have a showroom full of nice tiles if you don't actually sell them!!! I expect MUCH better service if I am buying a tiles worth rp200 per lembar! I am sorry BJ/Q home. I am OVER IT! Terrible service at all levels. I WILL NO LONGER SHOP HERE! From now on I will shop at Mitra10 or TransHome.
