On Royal Caribbean cruise , day trip to Bintan with free ferry Need to collect ferry ticket before boarding and bring along ur sea-pass for security purpose when check in and out

Worst hotel experience of my life! Cold rooms with hotel AC that could not be shut off and that was pumping water into the rooms faster than I could wipe it off. Our floor was a puddle, the walls and ceilings were dripping with water. Our bed was wet. Our clothing was wet every morning when we got up. They need to shut this hotel down and fix it.
