The first two times we used this groomer the results were good. The groomer was nice and got along with our dog. He did no-show on us the first time and we had to rearrange without notice, but we got there in the end. The third time we used them, it was a disaster. They sent a different groomer who obviously had no idea what he was doing. My wife requested a fairly short cut, and this guy shaved our Pomeranian right down to the skin. Any professional groomer knows you should never shave a double coated dog. We are hoping it grows back in the next few months. In the meantime we are dealing with a very traumatised dog. The owner says this was just a miscommunication, and that all her groomers are properly certified. Here are some photos of what a certified groomer did. She even offered me a free grooming next time! No, thanks.

The groomer came on time, the only plus point of the groomers. It seems like they need more training in handling cats. They sprayed my cat's face with water directly. They did the same thing while blow drying my cat. I shaved my cat too (he had fungal infection on his skin), and it was a mess. Some parts were very uneven, they accidentally shaved my cat's whiskers so short that he became disoriented. They don't know how to hold cats properly, resulting in my cat struggling, falling, have several lacerations from the fall while also scratching me and one of the groomers in the process. This never happened with other groomers, and honestly, I trust my cat more than I trust them. I'm never using their services again.

Bad service, would not rebook with them for grooming. They cancel last minute, are not even sorry about it. No updates or whatsoever so we waited hours for them to come until they said to reschedule tomorrow morning. The groomers are not professional, missed details. I suggest you look for others, there are many better grooming services out there.

These guys are great. They come to the house and wash and dry the pups so well. They are affordable but don’t cut corners. Only the best for our pups!
