long queue and the dine in customers had to jostle with the ojol who carry the orders from faraway. with only 2 cashier/ server, the minimal wait time is 15-20 minutes, not acceptable for office worker with limited break time. dear pt fadt food indonesia, please up your game!

One of the worst KFC branch in my personal opinion. Service was so slow. Had to wait for 30 minutes to get my order. Not so fast for a fast food restaurant. They're so understaffed. There's only 3 people working and everything seems like a mess.
