Got here due to a replacement failure on my own. I tried to do battery replacement on my 2012 15” MacBook Pro but failed miserably. Contacted the store and said they could fix it. Arrived at the store, they evaluated everything and said sure, we have the parts and would be willing to take it in and service for idr 1.500.000 all in including the battery and service. 1 hr later its all done and my battery is brand new and superb!!! Amazing service and fantastic work. Very very tidy experience.

I recently had a problem with my iPhone 7. The power and volume buttons wouldn’t work. Took it to their store (very easy to find) and they throughly checked the condition of the phone and told me it would take about 4 hours and cost Rp725rb. I agreed and left the phone with them. 2 hours later I got a call from them explaining that the cable had come loose and they only needed to plug it back in. No spare parts needed. As such the service cost would be Rp150rb. How cool is that!? That could have lied and said it needed to be replaced but they didn’t. They were completely honest. So happy with their service. Great job everyone!

I found this store when I was in a business trip in Jakarta. That time I urgently need to replace my MagSafe since it was broken. I contacted the store via WhatsApp and they say they had "original" MagSafe. So I bought it since I needed in in that very time. What I found is, the MagSafe is not original at all. It's super hot when in use and sometimes causing unresponsive trackpad. Later I found, it also causes bumpy response on iPhone when connected to my MBP. I'm not blaming the product, it was saving my life. It is ok to sell OEM/unoriginal/whatever we called it, but always explain it to the customer correctly and honestly. ️
