Best kwetiauw in town!

Traditional char kway teow (chinese ricecake strips) that is the pride of Medan city. Their variety is dry stir fry and dish is served on top of banana leaf with accompanying fried pork lards and sunny side up. What is more is that the stove that they use is good ol' fashioned charcoal style. As this is "human powered", expect to wait for quite a while. It is recommended to visit right at shop opening time as the place gets extremely packed the later it gets. Taste was great with good balance of wok hei (residues from the wok that turned crunchy) and bits of meat/seafood. Price was fair.
