Sorry to say if "dislike" my experience to eat in here, first of all i ordered a beef teriyaki donburi orange, but i need to changed it to blackcurrent, and the blackcurrent just like ice water with blackcurrent aroma lol not sweet at all. The sec one is their beef also so dry, but the veggies are fresh! Love it!. The last menu ordered is crispy crab sticks, yup as you can see, its not cripsy at all so oily, and like already been made for so long (the temp of the food so low). Hopefully their improve themself and do something right to satisfied their customer, i still have faith of it! Thank you...

Haduuh ini pelayanan ny bikin kesel ya. Cm di cabang jamtos aj yg bgini, di wtc & transmart ramah2 aja. Pas dtg kita tanya masi adakah promo xxx ke pelayannya.. dia gk tau jd mau coba tnya dlu EHH malah duduk dong ngobrol trus gk balik2. Akhirnya kita ke pelayan yg lain & duduk. Pas blg mau pesen yg promo muka & nada bicara ny lgsung berubah, kasih kertas pesanan khusus promo & pensil main lempar aj ke meja... Astagaa kesel ny mnta ampun. Kalau gk suka ad orang yg cari / pesen menu promo ya gausah bikin promo. Lagian klau perusahaan yg bkin promo jg gk merugikan waiter / waitress nya lah

Ternyata kenyamanan dan keramahan pelayan selama makan mempengaruhi cita rasa makanan. Padahal suka bgt makan ichiban tp biasanya di transmart. Pas makan disini hmmm gak lagi deh. Mending ke transmart gpp jauh.
