Most bad services KFC branch in Surabaya Very slow queue, the staffs looking very sluggish and (sorry) old And the most horrible is, i ordered a family package to take home When i arrived at home and checking the package, there is 2 missing items (Cream Soup and Sundae) that not included in bag Marvelousss!!!
