Took their boat in the Bali-Nusa Penida-Gili T- Bali route 1year back when I traveled Bali. Compared to the other boats in this route their boat was bigger and so the ride was pretty smooth. Loved their service. Almost passed the whole time on the roof of the boat and burnt my body like hell but still enjoyed the view and the ride so much. Their crew were very organized with our luggage, pick up, drop off and everything. But the best thing happened when they dropped me to Ubud after ending the trip. I forgot my wallet in their bus and realized it only when I reached my resort in Ubud. I called their helpline, the lady didn't get my words at first but took the time to listen to me and informed the bus driver. The driver got the wallet in the bus and was so sweet to come to my resort by his bike to hand over my wallet. My love and respect to Ekajaya and particularly that bus driver ️

Professional service! The service was good. Plenty of staff (in fact too many), at hand to help throughout the journey. I'd definitely say they are well organised. Used this company a couple times in the last 4 months. Once from Padang Bai to Gili T and another from Nusa Lembongan to Gili Air. The price they offer is very competitive. From Padang Bai to Gili T (350k), similar to at the other fast boat services. From Lembongan to Gili Air (3 transit stops), the price was also 350k with haggling. Disclaimer: all the fast boat companies tend to run late. Especially from Padang Bai, as there are so many boats leaving from one small jetty. Expect delays regardless of the company you choose. It is a fast boat for sure, a bit choppy. They do offer snacks, drinks and alcohol, though as it's a bumpy ride I wouldn't recommend getting too elibriated :) From Padang Bai to Gili T, it's around 1hr 20. And from Nusa Lembongan to Gili Air, 3hrs and 30min. Pretty quick considering the distance covered. I'd definitely recommend this company, though it's always best to ask different companies to get the best price.
Terrible experience... 1. Purchase ticket in Eka Jaya, but given other ferry company ticket. 2. Was informed that everyday have boat to padangbai vice versa and i purchased return ticket... When try to check in, the boat not available for certain day (Sunday).
October 2020: got a boat from Bali to Gilis only at 9am. Service is nice, though you should consider getting a rapid test elsewhere in advance as they charge 180k, while in other places it is 85-150k (and it’s valid 14 days).
They did the best they could... but the ride from Gili T to the other Gilis then to Pedangbai has everyone puking. We rode through the storm. The crew was very attentive and came by with barf bags and also to pickup the used ones. They kept the cabin super cold which helped with the nausea.
We booked down at the port for a fair price, not including transfers as we didnt need it. The boat was on time, clean and comfortable. Plenty of life jackets. There was ac and a movie. The trip from Pandangbai to Gili T was luckily pleasant for us. Theres so many boat companies competing. Some boats look very old and if you are quoted a ridiculously cheap price, best to avoid with other companies. Bonus for leg room seats at the front.
