I came here to fix my broken crown because it was recommended by a friend. I had to come 6x here because: 1. the first crown they made couldn't even fit so they had to make another one. This second one only lasted for 3-4 months before it broke. 2. When the third crown was made I was told to come back in a week after the new crown was done. So we made an appointment for the next week but when I came the crown wasn't ready yet and nobody in the clinic called to inform or to reschedule. 3. When the crown arrived, nobody called me and I had to call them to confirm. They had no initiative or whatsoever to inform you, instead clients have to call them every time to confirm the schedule. 4. Got the third one fixed, but now the gum surrounding the crown starting to be painful because the crown shape doesnt fit. Before this, I got a crown that lasted for 11 years without any issue until it broke (which the dentist had told me that the crown life would be around 10 years). But here, one of the young dentists discredited what my previous dentist had done while he himself also fails to do similar job, not even close to it. There are other dentists in this clinic that are great with good bedside manner too, but overall I didn't have a pleasant experience here. Update: the third crown only lasted for more than a year so now it's time to make the fourth ;) 3 poor quality crowns over 2 years, you must be kidding.
