Very bad experience with this travel I booked ticket citilink via web on wendnesday last wk fr sub to hlp at around 18.30, payment rcvd already confirm from Bayu via mail, but booking code never send to me. After wait about 1hour i call the phone no written on the web but no answer. I call again and again but same...no one picked up my phone. Then i send mail to the cs ask about the ticket but no replay at all. I am very confuse and panic because how they let the customer in this uncertain condition... I did not have confirm ticket for tomorrow flight schedule. This situation continue in the next morning...I try to reach by phone more than 10time and also via mail....But still same no answer no responds. I will never ever use this travel again

One of the worst experience with travel agent. Just to change the date of return flight- it took ages and massive phone calls to their staff: Annisa. Another disappointment- they charged a service fees on top of any charges from the airlines- just to help change the return flight date. We thought it should be the services given by travel agent, othewise better buying online/ directly from the airlines. Even after we have spoken with their manager : Yoshia, still they charged the services fees. We paid the services fees at the end, with a hope that all will be well taken care of. 24hours prior to our departure, we called Annisa of Bayu Buana to reconfirmed that our initial seating arrangement is in place, and guess what: we found out they havent arranged it and even dont know our seats. When we called another staff at BB Pondok Indah, requested to speak to Yoshia, other staff informed that Yoshia their manager is still out to lunch. When we explained our situation she responded: it is impossible for us - Bayu Buana to take care seating arrangemet of every single customer- it left me wandering, in this digital on line era, how would a travel agent compete with online ticketing if they dont want to event help their costumer arrange their seatings? Just now we called Bayu Buana Head office and spoken to Windy Patricia - Customer Relation. I hope by speaking to her, it would help us with solution of seatings arrangemebt that we could fly comfortably within the next less than 24hours.
