GO GLOBAL INDONESIA is the 18+ program division of Bina Antarbudaya (The Indonesian Foundation for Intercultural Learning). Our vision centers on developing a society of broadminded and culturally sensitive future changemakers through intercultural learning opportunities. Our highly curated intercultural programs are equipped with GLOBAL COMPETENCE CERTIFICATE developed by SENTIO Global Education Network; aim to help participants understand, define and navigate the global setting to achieve their global ambitions. We proof that living, interning or volunteering across borders and in multicultural communities transform lives, create global citizens and empower changemakers. Our Mission & Pursuits: 1. Generate creative and culturally sensitive individuals 2. Increase numbers of globally competent, socially conscious, and highly skilled Indonesian professionals, 3. Expand opportunities for youth to pursue global roles GO GLOBAL INDONESIA runs two kinds of program; sending and hosting programs. The sending programs aim to build the capacity of Indonesian youths as citizens of the world. Such opportunities are provided in the forms of internship abroad and volunteer abroad. Furthermore, we also strive to reach our goal through our hosting programs. These programs involve the placement of international volunteers in humanity and/or community service projects that contributes greatly to the improvement of education, economy, and quality of life for marginalized communities in Indonesia. Go Global Indonesia is member of the award winning SENTIO Global Education Network - A global education & intercultural exchange provider network whom members have been in the 18+market since 1947.; an affiliate of AFS INTERNATIONAL.. Our community service programs are endorsed and approved by Responsible Travel for implementing socially, environmentally, economically responsible practice.
