Super bad Emergency Room's service. We got there at dawn with a patient and no one came out from it. We got in by ourselves and argued. They asked why we didn't call them first before the arrival. That's nonsense. Big BS. Lucky them the patient passed away on our way there. If not, 10 minutes of abandons should kill him.

UGD sangat lambat. Pasien masuk sudah kondisi susah jalan, ada suster 2 cuma ngelihatin. Setelah ditanya "SUS , ini gmn?? Kok malah bengong" , suster nya baru menunjukkan ke arah bed kosong ( tidak mengantar juga ). Penanganan lambat.
