I was carpet shopping while “lockdown” on Nusa Penida. I was nervous about carpet shopping via WhatsApp and thought the whole process would be difficult. I didn’t actually end up purchasing my carpet from this shop (beautiful carpets and really competitive rates, but just not the exact color I was looking for). I’m giving a review for the customer service. I was communicating with Mr. Abid who sent me photos and prices in a really timely manner and went above and beyond to show me photos from their other branches. He was helpful and took care of my very specific color/hue/budget concerns. If I was ever in need of another carpet I would 100% come back to this shop because the service was just so great.
