Poor service. The Balineese guy behind the counter on the 2nd floor, his attitude was appaling. I went upstair to get a copy of form to apply for Dutch Visa and some information but what I received was a dirty look with arrogan body language and very sarcastic reply. I wasnt dress to impress and I am a native Indonesian that was probably the case. These frontliner officer representating a develop country definitely needs retraining and a total attitude overhaul. Truly a dissapointing service.
