I imagine services are good, but I never went as far as experiencing them. Emails exchanged with them we're based on "come come, we'll give you special price" when I told them they were more expensive than what I get in Paris. Just to realize, two weeks later while finally having an appointment, that there was no "special price". It would have been easier and more professional to say exactly that in the first place. Therefore my money will go to another clinic.
Do not get the laser facial. I got it a little over a month ago... It made my skin look so much worse than before, and does nothing it claims to. I had pretty amazing skin before, with small pores and smooth skin. I was mostly interested in this treatment for its supposed tightening effect. (Which didn’t happen). It literally just made my skin look SO much worse - now it is blotchy, rough, uneven, and mysteriously - bigger pores than before Worst of all, suddenly out of no where I have all these brown splotches all over my skin that were never there before. They need to invest in a better laser if they are going to offer this treatment
Went there for a colon hydrotherapy and felt very comfortable, new equipment, clean clinic and very professional service, price is also reasonable. Feeling very good today and can definitely feel the difference in my gut. I’d definitely go back for this treatment. Thanks Cacoon!
Went there for Colon hydrotherapy and absolutely loved it. My nurse Tri was really good and made me comfortable. Can't wait to do my next round of colon hydrotherapy.
Can not recommend high enough. The staff were so kind and professional. I had a male doctor (forgot his name) but he was amazing. He did the best job I've ever had with Botox and gave life to my lips without making me look like a freaky duck or slug lips. I also got just under 1ml in my chin and couldn't be happier with the result. Ana the assistant was so cute and caring, constantly rubbing and patting my shoulder to soothe me. None of it hurt a bit, but they continued to reassure me. So sweet. So lovely. And great to have a laugh with! 20,000 thumbs up.
I can't recommend this place highly enough, they are professional, hygienic, friendly, welcoming and informative. Miranda helped me with my initial questions on email, and Anni my therapist is the loveliest soul you could ever meet. I had an LED facial, a chemical peel, and a hydo detox facial including extraction due to a change in my skin and acne breakouts. I have never had these treatments before so was a little nervous, but she was very kind, reassuring and informative about the procedure. Regarding the comment above. The doctor is young, but that does not mean he does not know what he's doing, what if he has recently graduated and is highly informed and knowledgable? The prices are high and much more than other places in Ubud, but you get what you pay for and if you want good service, with reassuring hygiene in place, this is the place to go in Ubud. Thank you!
Seriously, one of the best clinic I ever been. I've done Botox in Bangkok, it was nice but after 3 months, it almost vanished. Today I had an apt at Cocoon SPA, and sorry I forgot the name of the doctor, but nevertheless he was kind, nice, precise, and did the best botox I ever done. He even correct the side of my lips, which is falling down. Usually it takes time to see the result, but right now, I already see the best results I ever done. So in any case, if you think having botox in Ubud, do not hesitate to go at Cocoon Medical SPA, they are the best of the best ! Highly recommended and for sure I will come back!
