Quality is overwhelm. Loving the Supreme Beef! Price is also very affordable. The atmosphere seemed decent, with ample space of dine-in. Notwithstanding that, the service time needs an improvement!

A spacious place suitable for hanging out, comfortable and a large enough parking area. The burger I ordered was Beef Supreme. The taste of the meat is delicious and tender. But i still don't like it overall because it contains too much, such as spinach, onions, onions and others. I also don't like the bun because it's not soft as other burger.

One of the amazing burger in town! Great ambience, very spacious, so many burgers varieties, big portions, the drinks are refillable, and awesome taste too. The services are great, friendly, and pretty fast. The mashed potatoes are seriously super yummy (please don’t judge them by the looks). You can actually choose your own burger’s ingredients which is kind of fun experience :) Price Tastes 6/5 (‘cause of that mashed potatoes) Services 5/5 Place 5/5 *photo is fish burger which tastes amazing. Sad that I don’t take photo of that awesome mashed potatoes though

Automated order machine is available just right at the entrance to beat the queue. Payment can be done by cash, card or online payment system. Burger Up Surabaya is located just 2 minutes walking distance from the famous Galaxy Mall. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. Parking slots are also spacious.

The quality of burger is very good. Their patty is thick and delicious. taste of sauce is splendid. Their vegetables are really fresh. When all of the ingredients are combine become one, it tastes delicious and juicy. Their place is clean. The most delicious burger that i've ever tried. It's worth the price. Otherwise, It's really different than those ones.

This has to be one of the best burger chain in Sby. They have lots of food selections from burgers, fried chicken, even pasta. And the drinks are refillable too! Spacious dining and parking lots. Only 3 mins walk from Galaxy Mall. We got to try the buy one get one free burgers. We buy the supreme burger and get free fish burger. The taste was REALLY GOOD. They use real meat and it's so tender and juicy. Definitely coming back next time!
