A very different kind of sate. Where sate (meat on skewers) are commonly uses cubes of chicken, mutton, and sometimes beef with a little fat. Sate jando uses beef udders. Thus it contains more fat and the end result the sate is more creamy and tasty. The seller started selling sate jando as a street snack a long time ago and still doing it now behind the infamous gedung sate in Bandung City. We had it literally by the roadside mixed with beef sate.

Selling jando, chicken and beef satay with delicious seasonings. It's only possible for the lontong portion not to be that much, but it's ok
Very different with other satay in Bandung. Specially the sauce. Try to have jando. It is cow fat. Delicious!! come earlier, or you will waiting hours only to try satay.
Good food, jando is the fat from cow breast. If you going with your friend, family, or etc please sharing like you order jando and your partner order beef or chicken. Jando is very tasty but if you ate 1 portion of fat ... you know how many fat u will eat ? Gentle reminder.
