Certainly not great, but well its a decent place for the price. The place isn't very accessible, since to get here you got to go through 300m of crowded road that can only fit one car and another 200m of a small alley fitting only for 2 motorbikes in most part and in some parts only for one motorbike. But thats normal in high density urban kampong, so people are used to it. This place is two storeys, 16 rooms boarding house with some rooms has their own bathroom and some other has shared bathroom. The bathrooms either private or shared may have either sitting or squatting toilet. Unfortunately one of the shared bathroom on the firstfloor has a nonworking sitting toilet as the piping was sloppily and irresponsibly built. Moreover since this house is located in a tightly packed neighborhood, some rooms cannot afford ventilation or windows. They will, of course, be dark all day, so you gotta turn on the light even if the sun is shining brightly outside. They will also be so friggin damp, you will find mold growing even on the wall. Though dampness, is a problem even in rooms with window. Its probably because the floor is a bit lower than the gound outside and was built (again) carelessly, that moisture from the soil just seeps in. So you will eventually keep finding molds. But on the brightside, this place is really affordable. The price already included electricity and wifi cost. Theres also indoor parking for motorbike. Common rooms with TV and kitchen with stove on each floor.
