We had the pleasure of using the services of this company yesterday and all aspects were first class. We organised our tour before arriving on Bali by email and the tour was exactly what we requested. Bagus was very punctual when he arrived to pick us up at the hotel. We had a great day tour with Bagus. The tour was easy to arrange over email and Bagus was very responsive. Bagus listened to what we wanted to see and arranged our day around that. We really appreciated the thought that went into planning our day tour. He also accommodated my request to visit a particular store in Ubud even though it meant sitting in traffic for longer. We very much enjoyed the visit to the Holy Spring temple and learning about the Hindu religion. Bagus speaks excellent English. The car was nice and clean and included bottled water. We will certainly book future tours with Bagus.

Bagus was an excellent person to deal with, very laid back and easy going. He's very knowledgeable about the area, especially the history and culture, which is what I was mostly interested in. We did two full day tours and round trip airport transfer with him and we wouldn't hesitate to do it again. He's honest with prices and information. I recently hired Bagus as our private driver in Bali. He got us to all of our destinations safely and on a timely matter. He was always on time to pick us up and made sure we arrived at our destinations at the most optimal time of the day (e.g sunset time if we are going to a beach). I really liked the art store he took us to and the Lawak coffee shop. He had really good recommendations for places to eat also. Highly recommend him!

We are delighted to be able to share our experience with Bagus. Firstly we would like to highlight the safe driving style; at all times we felt like we were in safe hands. Not only did Bagus look after us, he also appropriately and safely considered all other road users...pedestrians, cars, scooters, chickens and dogs alike! The car was comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Personality, Bagus is a gentleman. A person who is happy to be quiet and who is happy to chat (wish we spoke Balinese half as good as he can speak in english). Bagus is also a local and is very happy to share his insight and knowledge with you. Take heed when he tells you to pack away anything the monkeys may take off you!!! Bagus also make good recommendations for photo opportunities and takes photos for you too. It was a pleasure to be in his company. Booking and planning our trips could not have been any easier. We knew all of the landmarks we wanted to see and he planned a two day tour allowing us to see two very different regions and see everything we wanted to see plus a few extra locations, he also discreetly helped us make choi es when we needed to make choices. Bagus is very discreet by informing you of when you do or do not require a local guide...also very discreet when you are making purchases.

Hi People, Based on the reviews, I have contacted Bagus and mailed him my itinerary. Just got reply in few minutes with the price structure and he also suggested us some places which i missed in my itinerary. I took the services of Bagus for airport transfers, 3 half day and 1 full day tours 1) The car is very clean and in a very good condition 2) He has helped us in money exchanges from the best money exchange center 3) Always he will be on time, at least 45 mins before the scheduled time and he won't make us hurry to come on scheduled time 4) He has helped us to buy entrance & some other tickets through out the tour in best price and with the best vendor (River rafting etc) 5) He always used to take care for us like when raining etc through out the trip 6) He speaks good english and know the culture of Bali 7) His price are bit cheap comparatively with other vendors 8) So on...... I strongly recommend Bagus Tour services.
