JNE is the main giant courier/shipping services. Over the years they have gotten better at their services & more dependable. However, being a giant that grew too fast & too rapidly, there are areas that inevitably have fallen short of standards & expectations that perhaps they have not realized yet....that unfortunately drive customers away to the other competitors. All in all, standard packages will arrive in one piece, although many many times not in such good original conditions. However, I wouldn’t recommend sending fragile contents because they will definitely not arrive in one-piece.
