Pt. Terminal Teluk lamong is one of international terminal in surabaya via sea. Some vessels that berth at terminal teluk lamong are container vessel that the size is very big. It is very often that you can call the line. I always try but they always not to answer my call. The customer service very bad. We are their customers but they not to friendly to us. Funny i think. Don't always think that only us to need you. But you also need us as your customers. Please kindly glad and friendly to your customers. Place is so far, many consignees upset that they nust load or discharge the cargo from this terminal because so far and traffic.
