I have appointment with the doctor, because its tele consultation so we paid in advance with information there's maybe additional cost. After appointmnent I must pay additional cost, and when I asked why the admin can not explained the reason besides, there's additional cost. So i paid them again with mixed feeling. Love the doctor but not the hospital's service.

Ditelfon ngga pernah diangkat.. be that ke ugd service maupun rawat jalan.. turns out recent review is as bad as mine.. bad service after bad service.. in my occassion, hv tried for so many times, calls kept unanswered.. even operator failed to answer my call..

I am hospitalized at RS UI and i have to say that I'm so pleasant because of their service. The room was comfortable and well-designed. Everyone is care and helpfull. All of them, include the doctor, ners, nutrisionist, cleaning service, laudry staff, catering staff, are hospitable. Thanks for taking care of me

Slow registration process even though first in line (sometimes up to 45min with same customer) / hard to locate hand sanitizers... most of them empty refill is needed rutinely / 4 hours for a common swab RT-PCR (slow service)
