Good place for study, clean and model kampus jaman now

It's located in the edge of Surabaya, exactly in Gunung Anyar. Since it's an urban place, we can see some uneven road and when we pass through the village, we may pass narrow road for 2 cars. Overall, i see that it's quite peace place and convinience place to study. The infrastructures are good enough. May the major can instruct to add some sign board to guide the visitor.
