Bramantya Mahendra Agus

This faculty is the youngest faculty in Universitas Brawijaya. It used to called Program Bahasa dan Sastra. Faculty of Cultural Study (FIB) was pioneered through the establishment of Language Laboratory in 1973. That Language Laboratory served as a means of English educational facilities to prepare the lecturers of Universitas Brawijaya for getting ready to continue their studies abroad. This faculty has 9 study programs. Those are English Literature, Japanese Literature, French Language and Literature, English Education, Japanese Education, Indonesian Literature and Education, Chinese Literature, Anthropology, and Fine Arts.

Lokasi dekat dengan FMIPA UB, FK UB, FPIK UB, gedung rektorat UB, perpustakaan UB dan tidak jauh dari lapangan rektorat UB. Satu hal kekurangan dari FIB UB ialah tempat parkir motor sangat terbatas jadi ketika jam sibuk perkuliahan sangat sulit untuk mencari tempat kosong hanya untuk parkir motor saja.
