Nice spot for kids and families. Wide playground and kids attractions. It needs more maintenance tho. Lots of it is full of dirty graffiti and dirt. The pond under the plane monument is especially dirty with dead insects and leaves. The grass is in pathetic condition. It needs more trees. Also, people need to take care of the places when they visit.

Nice place for afternoon hang out, you could see beautiful sunset reflection on river. And when you came on Sunday, they have morning market with food, dress, event pet like hamster sold here. Nice place for street foodies

It is a little bit sketchy since not a lot of street lights were set up there. But it is a serene and quiet place indeed. A good place to have a deep conversation with whoever you'd like. Recommended.
