Bayah port is very small port, specially for loading cement clinker. They have another jetty also for general purposes. Here People's are very friendly and cooperative. Out side scenery is very good. For mariner's : you need to concern about mooring ropes. Here mooring ropes are parted/torn most of the times(when wave energy is higher than 700) . Use good quality rope as spring & heda lines. Usually mooring pattern 522.Keep all ropes at equal strength. Loading rate is very fast 1100 mt to 1900 mt /hr loading by shore shooter. You can get TELKOMSEl sim card which is best (10-20 usd).

If you are a seafarer then brace yourself. You cant sail without 5/6 torn mooring ropes.
Unsafe port. But the view of this area is awesome.
This jetty did not gave me good experience. In fact it was a nightmare. Your ship's mooring Ropes will get damaged and it will snap very frequently. Please ask bayah port control or shipper to provide 2 tugs. Cargo is loaded by shooters but it creates a lot of dust. So far I remember it requires 622 mooring arrangements in fwd and aft. The shore is nearby. You can rent a car or grab a bike. You will find small shop's and really small departmental stores.

The Cemindo Port is the international port that serve Cemindo Cement Plant to distribute the product of Cement and clinker and also to recieved the raw material such as Gypsum, coal and others. The port had 1200 tph bulk loader ( for cement and Clinker ) and also unloading Grab for coal and iron sand. It also have bag loader to speed up the cement bag loading to the ship. The capacity of the port are 2 x 10.000 DWT, 1 berth 30.000 DWT, and upcoming 1 berth 70.000 DWT. The dept of the port up to -15 m.
Tempat bongkar muat material semen, batubara. Banyak dilakukan perbaikan, rehab, penambahan fasilitas alat transportasi material bahan baku semen dan bahan bakar.
Pabrik besar, namun sayang sekali jalan umum di buat rusak tanpa ada perbaikan, entah nunggu sampai kapan diperbaiki. Padahal itu bukanjalan pribadi perusahaan.
