it feels funny when you order and customer service says this can be taken at 7pm, and when you go there it hasn't even been printed. then the next day you come back and find where your order has not been cut. Last but not least, the end result is faded and you'll find your IDcard isn't evenly cut properly.

There are some desk officers to help the customers who want to print. So, it may reduce the waiting time. Also, the waiting room is equipped with a set of TV to avoid boredom for the customers to wait for their turn to be served. So, in my opinion, if you have to wait for some time, I think it's normal considering the number of customers who want to print there are a lot.

To be honest if you want to print anything, just don’t do it here. Very poor service. I spent hours just to print one page file. A big NO this place is.
