If you feel tired from your activity walking and strolling around the mall. It's not taking too much money to spend in here. Depends in the time that you had. 1 hour 1.30 hour, all is depend on you. But one thing for sure, the way they do massages, is very very good, and so much recommended.

Very bad service, it's unprofessional when you spot a therapist make fun of your sibling's body shape. my brother is obese and the therapist was laughing behind our back. no private room, all of customers will be in one big room and the space is separated by the curtain. the dirty therapist could easily look and watch the woman customer easily, and yes they do that all the time. most of the therapist are redneck though and the massage was not really nice, i wish i could give minus star for that and for the price that is not worthed.

Love love love Kokuo. I had tried the one in AEON BSD and MidPlaza, both quality were consistently great. Do not worry about having to take a bath after the massage since you would not be required to change into a massage sarong. They provide high quality massage chairs which could be reclined to 180, power outlet, wet tissue to freshen you up, a mineral water bottle, a pair of short pants (around knee length) and a changing room. No need to feel awkward sitting on the massage chair while being seen by other visitors as they might be busy enjoying their sessions or falling asleep haha. Also, the room set to be pretty dark anyways to create a relaxing atmosphere. Ambience and quality totally worth the price. Highly recommended.

Very good service and relaxing room. There are two types of room : First one is the “regular” very good for relaxing and maybe take a nap for a bit, the aquarium ambience makes it easier to fall asleep. Price range IDR 120.000 for 60 minutes and around 180 for 90 & 120 minutes. Second is the PREMIUM room, you can watch a home theater while therapist massage your feet, price range around IDR 220.000 for 60 minutes. Therapist technique was good and satisfying for me and very on time because they had timer with them and show it to us to make sure we go for the right duration. The sofa are very clean, i’ve tried here for several times and i never find a bad sofa / smelly sofa. Services are good and receptionist are very gentle welcome. You guys should try here!
