If you want surf your dream in a good style and do not worry with other guests dream, pay the difference and go to Kandui Villas. I have been there in Abril, 2018. Based on the testimony from guests of other resorts in the region, I suppose it is the best resort in the region. At least 8 boats available to the guests ready to leave you wherever you wanna surf, fish, snorkeling or even watch. The meal are really good and in the exact quantity to recharge you between the sections. Kandui Villas is the best location: in front of Kandui and Baby Kandui and 5m boat of Rifles. In my opinion you do not need to pay the full packet that give you access to waves out of island. The waves around the island are fantastic. I suggest you buy the ordinary package and buy separate if you decide surf far. The sun raise and sunset are amazing. I have stayed in Uma 1. The rooms are enough to rest and have your hot shower. The bed is really good. The internet is enough to change same e-mails and IM (pay attention with timer if you do not purchase de full package).

Such an awesome place. The food is amazing, and the team running the place make you feel right at home with everything laid on. The surf is out of this world as is the guided boat trips to the spots! Great place for kids and non surfing partners too!

My husband and I went for our honeymoon 2 months ago. It was well worth the journey there. The staff, food, surf and all around vibe of Kandui Villas are so amazing! I highly recommend this place.
Best luxury surf resort ever! I have been to Kandui Villas a total of 5 times and will go again. Not only are the accommodations excellent. Very comfy beds,beautiful rooms and fabulous fresh food! The staff is great and always you meet very interesting people here. The massage is excellent as well as the big beautiful salt water swimming pool . The surf is 5 star. A wave for every level.Great for the entire family. I highly recommend this destination.
Kandui Villas is my favorite place I’ve ever been in this world. The greatest staff and resort. The surf breaks are awesome everywhere. The surf boats are the best. The staff is soo nice, helpful, and feel like my 2nd family . The Uma’s are big, clean and pretty. The food is yummy everyday. The big pool, big trampoline and games room are fun everyday. My whole family has fun every time and we cannot wait to go back every year. Kandui Villas rocks!

I purposely choose Kandui Villas because it is without doubt the most personalised and comfortable experience in the Mentawais. Jordan and his team know all there is to know about the best surf locations and the fewer crowds. If you want to surf...choose Kandui Villas. If you want great food, comfort, and company...choose Kandui Villas. No other place comes even close.
Best resort you could find in Mentawai. Swimming pool, luxury villas, amazing food that came from their green house. Heaps wave around villas. Life changing experience.
