Heaven on earth would be an understatement. I had the best time of my life there. The area is stunningly beautiful. Great place to bring the family. Beautiful white sand beaches and even for non Surfers plenty of stuff to do. Grab one of the Kayaks or SUP Boards and explore the nearby islands. Grab a snorkel mask, or simply relax on the beach. The food was exceptional. The Umas - simply authentic and beautiful and icecold AC. The waves: exceptional. Not only that but the crew knows exactly when and where to go. Theres all kinds of waves for each level and the crew will make sure you’ll get the best waves possible. By the way there’s plenty of waves that aren’t on the regular maps. Best time ever, highly recommend to go!
Kandui Resort is hands down the best resort in the Mentawais. Between boats and other land camps, I won't go anywhere else. They have incredible staff that caters to your needs. You want to surf the best spots when they are good, the boat crews make it happen. Ray is the man! Ok
