Decent Chinese cuisine restaurant to be found in Yogyakarta. Place was clean, good service and spacious. Taste is pretty average but the fried rice was good.

Very impressed with the food in Ta Wan. I thought I would be eating an overpriced porridge as lunch. But then the waiter said the large portion of porridge can feed three people??? So I was like wow??? It's also less than 30k??? So yeah we ordered one large portion of Tiga Rasa porridge and Mapo Tofu. We like the porridge enough to order another. And finish the lunch very satisfied. This is definitely a good option to take when people start saying "terserah" when they are asked about what do they want to eat.

The very highly recommended restaurant that must visit, the taste is very good overall, kungpao chicken, black pepper beef, and dori fish XO sauce that become my favourite menu when i visit this place DON'T FORGET to try the porridge that i think is very delicious :)
