The staff at this shop are underhanded thieves-be VERY careful if you shop here. They use slight of hand and take advantage of tourist’s unfamiliarity with Balinese currency to steal money. They stole 90 off my sister and 20 off me. We gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time,because they acted dumb,but the second time it was very calculated. We both got our money back after some heated arguments.

Fabulous treatment, clean and charming spa, and lovely people, all good English speakers. I came into this unassuming spa for ear candling (first time) and was so impressed by the whole operation. There is a lovely set of treatment rooms downstairs, facing a jungle-y view, with comfy tables. Everything is totally clean. The massage that I received from Tika with my ear candling was so great that I asked if I could get another half-hour massage, which was wonderful. I would have stayed longer if I hadn’t had to meet people for dinner! I then came back the next day to get a two-hour massage from Tika. It began with a lovely foot bath in a stone bowl of warm water and flowers and ended with the most amazing cup of ginger tea. The massage itself was terrific, with a unique combination of modalities that I haven’t experienced before, with a combination of over-fabric (Thai) style as well as direct contact over lovely, barely-scented (perfect for me) warm oil. Tika asked about any sensitive spots or areas to avoid before we started, and checked in with me several times to ask about the pressure. I really do feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The treatments are stellar, all the people here are truly lovely, and the price can’t be beat. Enjoy!!
