CUTE little historical train station in beautiful village. The last station to Gunung Padang megalithic site, then continue with motorcycle ojek of around 30K IDR. The staffs are very helpful as most of the local people here. Electronic device charging also available. New and clean toilets. Located next to old tunnel built circa 1879-1882. Big old house and big tree just across the station.

Old train station, located between Cianjur and Sukabumi. There is a tunnel nearby, also built by the Dutch in 1879. There are a couple of old colonial houses nearby, apparently for the station master and staff. Today only local trains, running between Sukabumi and Cianjur, stop at Lampegan. But, I suppose there are connections from Sukabumi to Bogor, and from Cianjur to Bandung.
the oldest train tunnel in west java, the location is unique to take some conceptual photos, also the location is nearby with Gunung Padang Megalithic Site, i checked in the location maybe 3-4 times so i can conclude if we want to take a short vacation here is not a bad idea
