Beautiful and this is the most complete place to go to get something unique , lol I like some home accessories and toys for girls they sell expensive pens as well

The place is quite comfortable. The officers are also friendly. The place display is also good. I like it anyway. The price is also quite competitive. Like Gramedia in general. The location is strategic on the 2nd floor. My kids are happy so I take them to the bookstore to buy books.

I really really need a carry on bag.. That is why I came here to find it. The location it self a little bit to d corner of the store.. Not really in d corner, just a bit to d corner.. All together with other merchandise which are not books.. The sports tools, musical instruments, and office/ school stationeries.. With a very narrow alley in between.. The worst part was, I CAN'T breath and looking for my bag comfortably BECAUSE THEY TURNED OFF THE AC! Goatttt!!! While we are supposed to wear the mask on, how can anyone can breath? Every staffs in one word said that the AC turned off because of they need to repair it.. Duuuhhh??? A store with Gramedia class? Really, I almost fainted inside it.. But I keep strengthen myself, because I didn't want to catch a chaos, fainted in public place in this pandemic time! The staffs are mostly very helpful.. When finally I choose my bag, and went to d cashier to pay, I saw the CS and complain to her. She asked me to sit and breath, and call for her supervisor. They again excused and said that they are in repairment of the AC. I didn't buy it. I am so sure that it's a management way to do d saving in this crisis.. Oh my goat, if I am d one who just inside the store for less than 1 hour cannot handle it, almost passed out, how did all d staffs there need to survive it? Really, Gramedia management NEED TO THINK other way in saving.. Not to risk the staffs and customer health because of the heat.. Make it less is absolutely different with turned it off all..!!!

Inside of the mall, But when you get there, the place is so uncomfortable, I'm heated and got sweat in side, when I choosing the books what I need. The staff not really kind.

you can find any stationary and books in here, local books (bahasa indonesia) only available. the books available in here such as political, novel, comics, self help, history, health, magazine, story books, newspaper. in here available for workout tools help such as dumbell

Customer service is poor. I wouldn't buy anything electronic from them again. I bought a power bank that was faulty after only four weeks. Tried to get exchange but all they could do was send it away for repair at my expense. Staff don't care
