CCPHI is a non-profit organization which promotes and facilitates partnerships among companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and local governments for healthy and sustainable communities. Our approach and tools are applicable to a wide range of development challenges. CCPHI tools help organizations to form more partnerships for community health and sustainability; for example, by sharing widely the information on how to partner effectively with NGOs across sectors. OUR RATIONALE Health is key to sustainable development. Half the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) adopted by governments worldwide to achieve peace and sustainable development in the 21st century call for reductions in poverty and hunger, child mortality, maternal mortality, and infectious diseases. Achieving these goals requires that health resources reach more women and that requires the involvement of all sectors.
