I come to this spa for foot massage for 5 years already, and had only one time a bad experience due to walk-in and chatty clients while trying to rest. Yesterday i had a 30 minutes back and shoulder massage which was incredible. The therapist really did miracles with my tension and was great at working the muscles. Would definitly suggest this place. Now that they have made changes to the place, next time i go for a foot massage I will request to have the massage at the back of the spa though, to be in a quieter environment.

I have been coming to Oops every time I come to Bali, have just come back and bought 3 friends as it was my favourite massage place until tonight, they were rude talked and laughed the whole way through what was supposed to be a relaxing back massage, then they Tried to short change me, I will NEVER EVER come back!!!!!
The therapist’s technique is very good. Facility and shower room can be improved.
Not much of a spa treatment. If you're getting a manicure or pedicure, they'll cut your nails, put some handcream on and that's it.
다른곳보다 10퍼센트 정도 비싸지만 깨끗하고 규모가 작지는 않네요. 덩치있으신 아저씨한테 발마사지 받았는데..정말 웁스! 너무너무 시원해서.발 뭉친게 다 풀렸네요.
超級超級超級差！不管是服務品質與技術都很差，價錢也比較貴，受騙一次就算了，千萬不要跟自己荷包過不去！
